Text messaging terms

Mega Labs LLC sends one-to-one customer care text messages about our work with you. Ilya Subkhankulov types each message himself. We never send marketing texts or bulk messages.

How to opt in

Fill in the request form and add your mobile number. Then tick the box marked “I agree to receive customer care text messages from Mega Labs LLC about my request”. The box is optional and unticked by default, so you can send the form without agreeing to texts.

Or text START to +1 (212) 203-8140 to opt in.

You can also give Ilya your mobile number on a call, by email or in person and ask him to text you. Before the first text, he confirms you agree to receive texts from Mega Labs LLC.

After you text START, we reply: “Thank you for your message to Mega Labs LLC! You are now subscribed to customer care texts. Msg freq may vary. Std msg & data rates apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. We will not share or sell your mobile information for marketing/promotional purposes.”

What you will receive

Replies to your questions, scheduling, and updates on work you asked us for. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Help and opting out

Reply HELP for help, or email ilya@megalabs.co. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, and we confirm you are unsubscribed. Reply START to opt back in.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Read our privacy policy for how we handle your information.
