Privacy policy

Mega Labs LLC runs this site, including the Matterwall pages. This policy covers what we collect here, through email and through text messages. Last updated 16 October 2026.

What we collect

When you submit a request form, we keep what you typed: your name, email, firm, role and message. We also keep the country your request came from and your browser’s user agent. The site uses no analytics and no advertising trackers.

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person is submitting it. Cloudflare processes that check under its own privacy policy.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your request and to run any work you hire us for. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.

Three services process it for us. Cloudflare hosts the site and stores form submissions. Mailgun delivers the notification email, and Slack is where we see new requests.

Text messages

If you text one of our numbers, or give us your mobile number and ask us to text you, we use it only for one-to-one conversation with you. We never send marketing texts and never buy or rent numbers.

Mobile numbers and SMS consent are not shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes. Telnyx carries our texts, and messages are stored in our own workspace so we can reply.

Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving messages from us, and HELP for help. Message frequency varies with the conversation. Message and data rates may apply.

How long we keep it

We keep requests and conversations while they are useful for our work with you. Ask us to delete yours and we will, unless the law requires us to keep it.
